Mr David Reiner has over 20 years of success in Mongolian business ranging from start-ups to business operations and team management in the local service and distribution industry. Coupled with this, Mr Reiner has been active in the Mongolian political arena being instrumental in improving the regulatory environment for business, both Mongolian and foreign alike.  Mr Reiner holds a Bachelor of Sciences in economics and finance/political science from the University of Vermont and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California.

After a 6 year career as a corporate attorney in Los Angeles, Mr. Reiner moved to Ulaanbaatar in 1997 and established MSM Group LLC with his partners. MSM Group is the exclusive corporate service and distribution partner in Mongolia for John Deere, BASF, Daimler Benz, Boart-Longyear and Moet Hennessey among other globally recognised brands.  Mr. Reiner has served as the Chairman, CEO and CFO and is currently the Executive Director of the Board of MSM Group. In addition to his activities with MSM, Mr. Reiner is a founding Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ulaanbaatar and is the Deputy Executive Director of the Board of the International School of Ulaanbaatar.

Mr. Reiner currently resides in Ulaanbaatar with his wife Anastasiia and his four children, no pets and is an avid skier.
