MCS International LLC (MCSI) is the engineering and infrastructure pillar of MCS Group. The company works to introduce best global engineering standards to Mongolia since its establishment in 1993. Till today, MCSI has implemented over 160 development projects in power plant construction and rehabilitation, OHL and substation design and construction, mining and associated infrastructure development. Major completed projects include Ulaanbaatar-Mandalgobi-Tavantolgoi-Oyutolgoi 220kV OHL Design and Construction Project, Rehabilitation Project of the 4th Thermal Power Plant in Ulaanbaatar (Phase II), Taishir Hydropower Project, Ukhaa khudag Coal Handling and Preparation Plant, and Ukhaa khudag 18MW Power Plant Project. Currently, the company is implementing ‘MON P-10 Refurbishment of Thermal Power Plant No.4’ Project, ‘Oyu Tolgoi Mine – Underground Critical Facilities Development’ Project, ‘Tsetsii 50 MW Wind Park’ Project, ‘Zamyn-Uud Gegeen 15 MW Solar Power Plant’ Project, ‘Sainshand 54MW Wind Park’ Project and ‘Oyu Tolgoi Mine – Central Heating Plant Expansion’ Project.
