AustCham Mongolia’s SME Member AMEP / Adam Smith is now hiring a Team Leader for their “Australia Mongolia Extractives Program Phase 2” (AMEP 2)

Adam Smith International (ASI) is the company that manages AMEP 2 on behalf of DFAT. This is an exciting and strategic position, that offers the opportunity to lead an ambitious, innovative and flexible program on behalf of the Australian government. The Team Leader will lead the AMEP 2 implementation and will be responsible for all outcome and technical performance matters and for communicating key program information to the Mongolian stakeholders.

At a management level, the Team Leader will manage key program relationships, oversee team inputs against the work plan and monitor performance, ensure high-quality and timely reporting, manage existing and emerging risks and manage overall team delivery and operations.

At a technical level, the Team Leader will take primary responsibility for the design, oversight and performance assessment of program activities. S/He will provide technical guidance as appropriate and leverage her/his international sector networks for the benefit of the program and Mongolia.
