Khurgatai Khairkhan was incorporated under the laws of Mongolia in 2006 and is focused on developing the Ovoot coking coal project located in Tsetserleg soum of Khuvsgul aimag.

It is wholly owned by ASX listed Aspire Mining Limited (ASX:AKM). The company is committed to implementing world class sustainability practices in the design and operation of the project, to ensure that is will provide significant socioeconomic benefits to the local and broader communities whilst simultaneously ensuring protection of the unique, sensitive and pristine environment.
