“Annual General Meeting” (AGM) 2021 – 2022 will be held between 6:00pm – 7:30pm on Thursday, March 31st, 2022 at Shangri-La Hotel, Ulaanbaatar.

The Executive Team of the Chamber will give updates on the following:

1. Consider the 2021 Annual Report;
2. Consider and approve the Balance Sheet and Statement of Revenues and Expenses;
3. Consider the presentation/delivery of membership certificates;
4. Consider and elect the Board of Directors for the 2022; and
5. Consider other businesses (if any).

All members are welcome to attend the AGM, however, voting will be in line with each membership type, as well as, by proxy.
