Strategic Management is the cornerstone of success for organizations and businesses. It involves the formulation and execution of plans and initiatives to achieve specific goals and objectives. In an ever-evolving and competitive business environment, having a clear and effective strategic management framework is crucial for sustainable growth and staying ahead of the curve.
AustCham Mongolia appreciates the commitment of our Company Member, Mongoljin, in organizing this workshop, which will offer participants valuable insights into the importance of strategic management in today’s dynamic business landscape.
Our guest speakers Urnaa Myagmar, Malcolm Wade, and Toby Philpott have extensive international experience supporting the development of enterprises and have a clear understanding of the key success factor of having an effective strategy in place for enterprise development.

She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Mongolia (School of Law) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting.

He was also responsible for monthly project management and project controls reporting to executive management.
Before his time at Oyu Tolgoi, Malcolm served as GBU Manager of Planning & Scheduling (Chief Planner) for the $2 billion-per-annum Telecommunications Global Business Unit at Bechtel.
