On 29 January 2021, the Parliament of Mongolia approved comprehensive amendments to the Banking Law of Mongolia (2010) (Amendments). The Amendments introduce a set of rules to reduce commercial banks’ ownership concentration and improve bank corporate governance, structure, capital quality, risk controls, and supervision.

In this webinar, Batmandakh will provide an overview of the Amendments and discuss how they will impact the commercial banks in Mongolia.
