Oyun-Erdene Gandemberel

Stakeholder and Events Manager

Oyunaa is responsible for managing AustCham Mongolia’s general operations, activities and communications, as well as, planning and executing the Chamber’s monthly and annual events and programs to the community. 

She plays an instrumental role in uplifting the brand image of AustCham Mongolia and already has a strong understanding of the Chamber business and objectives.

Having been with AustCham for nine years, Oyunaa has held various roles in events, admin, and General Manager, firmly establishing herself as a dedicated company advocate.  

Prior to joining AustCham Mongolia, she worked at the Asia Pacific Investment and Advisory LLC and Tarva Investment and Advisory LLC. She graduated from the University of the Humanities, holding B.A in Linguistics.

She has a passion for developing the Chamber as a brand; and a strong belief in thebusiness opportunities present in Mongolia for Australian business.

Zolzaya Jargalsaikhan (Zola)

Membership & Sponsorship Manager

Zolzaya Jargalsaikhan possesses extensive professional experience in commercial banking, government institutions, and international fund projects. At Xac Bank, she gained insights into customer service, sales, marketing, and business operations, contributing to projects like the Mongolian banking Contact Center Project and Internet banking solutions.

She also worked with the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Light Industry of Mongolia, gaining expertise in agriculture sector development, policy implementation, and coordination.

Zolzaya earned a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland under the Australia Awards Scholarship program and completed the Project for Market and Pasture Management Development from 2019 to 2023, in collaboration with MOFALI and the UN International Fund for Agricultural Development.

Namuujin Sereejav

Senior Manager - Business Development & Policy Advocate

Namuujin is responsible for managing the implementation of Business Development and Policy Advocacy activities of the Chamber with a passion for driving growth and fostering positive change. Throughout her career, Namuujin has held various leadership roles that have honed in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation. She is a graduate of the University of Canberra, with double majors in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. Namuujin started her career at the Ministry of Economic Development of Mongolia where she acted as an officer in charge of economic cooperation and relations with the United Nations, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, International Financial Cooperation, and countries such as the United States of America and Canada.

Prior to joining AustCham, Namuujin worked as a Managing Director at Bat Solution Partners LLC – a business consulting firm specializing in communication and marketing strategy, corporate identification, and crisis management in public relations.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Namuujin is committed to giving back to the community. She has served as an active member of the Global Shapers Community of Ulaanbaatar Hub through various leadership roles actively participating in youth engagement. Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum, which is a network of Hubs developed and led by young people who are eager to make contributions to their community.

Munkhtsetseg Erdenechimeg

Accountant

Muugii is responsible for accounting AustCham Mongolia’s financial activities.

Prior to joining AustCham Mongolia, she worked as an accountant and an intern student to Wagner Asia Group company and Oyu Tolgoi LLC.

She graduated from the University of Finance and Economics in MBA and University of Mandakh burtgel in BA.
