GTs Advocates LLP, one of the leading and long-standing law firms in Mongolia, has been re-branded by way of an establishment of a new limited liability partnership, and we are pleased to introduce DB & GTS LLP.

The mission of DB & GTS LLP is to build on the success of GTs Advocates LLP, and to provide all aspects of legal service needs that the firm’s clients and counterparties face.

The firm will continue to aim to exceed expectations by being the standard bearer of the legal services industry in Mongolia, and will continually strive to cultivate the next generation of lawyers by sharing with them the vast experience and know-how the firm has gained over the years.

In order to reach these aims, DB & GTS LLP will employ forward thinking strategies, flexible fee structure models, and expand on their social responsibility activities. As part of our forward thinking strategy, DB & GTS LLP will start using a cloud based legal practice management software to deliver cost effective and efficient services, but more importantly, to better address data protection concerns, which has become a growing concern worldwide.

Mr. Dashnyam Choinjuur will join DB & GTS LLP as an Honorary Partner. There will be no other changes to the composition of the firm’s current skilled and experienced lawyers. The two main partners will remain Ms.Zoljargal Dashnyam and Mr.Battushig Batsuren – with Ms.Zoljargal Dashnyam continuing to act as the Managing Partner.

DB & GTS LLP will continue to deliver the quality service it has become known for and to become a one stop place for all legal and regulatory matters in Mongolia.

AustCham Mongolia would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the firm for consistently being ranked as a Band 1 law firm in Mongolia by Chambers and Partners.
