SES Resources undertakes it’s projects with strong focus on implementing cost controls, capital discipline, operating efficiencies, risk management (including marketing and logistics), good corporate governance, and establishing, managing, and directing proactive, committed top-down driven values in sustainable health, safety, environmental and social contribution. 

SES may act as consultant, adviser, operator/contractor, investor or a combination of any of these roles depending on the needs of each project. 

Typically SES becomes the operator of portions or all of the projects we are engaged in.
