This significant event taking place today from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Blue Sky Hotel &amp; Tower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the AGM, the Executive Committee will present key updates and address the following essential matters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;A review of the Annual Report 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Examination of financial statements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Election of the Board of Directors for the upcoming term<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your presence is essential as we come together to shape the future of AustCham Mongolia, reaffirming our collective commitment to the Chamber\u2019s growth and success<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Voting Rules for Board Election<br>To ensure a fair and transparent election process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Each member company is kindly requested to designate only one authorized representative to attend and cast votes on behalf of their company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Voting rights are allocated based on membership tiers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corporate Plus Level: 6 votes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corporate Level: 4 votes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Company Level: 3 votes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SME Level: 2 votes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NGO: 1 vote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individual Members: 1 vote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To maintain the integrity of the process, proxy voting forms must be signed and stamped, and absentee ballots will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We look forward to your active participation in this important event.
