Stairway LLC and TZME (TianJin) Co., Ltd signed a strategic cooperation memorandum to establish Gobi Metal Systems, a joint venture combining Chinese heavy fabrication capability with Mongolian on-site execution expertise.

The joint venture will target heavy structural and mechanical equipment fabrication for Mongolia’s mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors, with a flagship facility planned for Khanbogd soum in Umnugovi province.
