Newly Elected Board of Directors 2025 – 2026

AustCham Mongolia’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was a resounding success, held at the Crystal Hall of Blue Sky Hotel & Tower on Friday, March 28th. The event saw a strong turnout of AustCham members, highlighting a high level of engagement and commitment within the community.

During the AGM, the current Executive Committee of the Chamber presented a comprehensive review of AustCham Mongolia’s achievements in 2024, highlighting key areas such as membership growth, sponsorship initiatives, and the organization’s financial status. Additionally, the Treasurer’s report, along with the reports from the Business Development, CSR, and Events Committees, were shared. These presentations not only celebrated the Chamber’s accomplishments but also outlined strategic plans for the year ahead, setting the foundation for continued success in 2025.

The announcement of the newly elected Board of Directors was a momentous occasion. We are pleased to introduce the following individuals who will serve on the Board for the next two years:

2. Enkhtuvshin Lunden, Country Program Manager, Australia Awards Mongolia

3. Mandakhbat Sereenov, Executive Director, Orica Mongolia LLC

4. Enkhzul Jambal, Senior Tax Manager, PwC Mongolia

5. Randolph S. Koppa, Chairman, Худалдаа хөгжлийн банк / Trade and Development Bank

6. Dolgormaa Bukhbat, CEO, Bodi Group

7. Dulguun Gantumur, Partner, Dunnaran & Partners LLC

The 2024 AustCham Board of Directors also took the opportunity to express their gratitude to the outgoing Board members: Andrew Herod, Executive Director of Operations at Transwest Mongolia LLC; Rahn Wood, Events Committee member; and Julien Lawrence, Managing Director of O2 Mining Limited. Their contributions over the past two years have been invaluable to AustCham Mongolia’s success.

Additionally, we would like to thank Oyun-Erdene Gandemberel, a dedicated member of our Management Team for 10 years. Her hard work, commitment, and leadership have been instrumental in the Chamber’s growth and success, forming a strong foundation for AustCham Mongolia.

Special recognition is also extended to our esteemed Balloting Committee members: Batbold Otgonbayar from CSS Mongolia, Tuvshin Javkhlant from Onch & Company, and Baigali Baatar, Paralegal at Avalon Lex Firm. Their diligent efforts in validating and tallying the votes have upheld the integrity and transparency of the electoral process, ensuring a fair and equitable outcome. Thank you for your commitment and professionalism.
