Today marks an important occasion for our Chamber as we gather for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 – 2025. This significant event taking place today from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Blue Sky Hotel & Tower.

During the AGM, the Executive Committee will present key updates and address the following essential matters:

 A review of the Annual Report 2024

 Examination of financial statements

 Election of the Board of Directors for the upcoming term

 Voting Rules for Board Election
To ensure a fair and transparent election process:

 Each member company is kindly requested to designate only one authorized representative to attend and cast votes on behalf of their company.

 Voting rights are allocated based on membership tiers:

Corporate Plus Level: 6 votes

Corporate Level: 4 votes

Company Level: 3 votes

SME Level: 2 votes

NGO: 1 vote

Individual Members: 1 vote

To maintain the integrity of the process, proxy voting forms must be signed and stamped, and absentee ballots will not be accepted.
