Established in Mongolia in 1997, CNCF is an international non-profit organisation working to protect vulnerable children and strengthen families through long-term, community-based support.

Supporting children and families through integrated, community-based programmes in child protection, education, health, and psychosocial wellbeing
Implementing rehabilitation and reintegration programmes for at-risk youth and adolescents in conflict with the law
Strengthening adolescent mental health and psychosocial support systems through training, research, and community-based interventions
Since establishing its operations in Mongolia, CNCF has directly supported over 50,000 children and family members, focusing on long-term, sustainable change and ensuring children grow within safe families and communities, equipped to build stable and independent futures.
