The Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture-MNUAC), one of Mongolia’s leading state universities, has been a key institution in advancing arts and cultural education for over 30 years. It plays a vital role in preserving Mongolia’s cultural heritage while promoting artistic development in line with international standards.
MNUAC is dedicated to developing talent in the arts and culture sector through a curriculum that studies, preserves, and promotes both Eastern and Western cultural heritage, while safeguarding Mongolia’s traditional folk arts for future generations.
The university includes six schools: Music Arts, Theatre Arts, Fine Arts and Design, Broadcasting and Media Arts, Culture, and Dance Arts. It also operates affiliated institutes, a high school, kindergarten, and multiple research and support centers.
MNUAC serves around 2,820 students, supported by more than 500 academic staff and 180 administrative staff, delivering programs from high school to doctoral level.
The university offers 30 undergraduate, 35 master’s, and 2 doctoral programs, aligned with national education reforms and UNESCO standards, with a strong focus on practical training and international collaboration.
