We cordially invite you to attend the 2020 Australian Chamber of Commerce Mongolia’s Annual General Meeting at 6:00 PM on Thursday 30th of July 2020 at the Paris+Beijing Room at the Shangri-La Hotel, Ulaanbaatar.

AustCham Mongolia exists for its members and in turn relies on the support and involvement of its members. On that account, we are very much looking forward to having all of our members to attend the AGM. At the AGM, AustCham Mongolia would like to introduce its performance in 2019, activities for 2020 and elect its new Board of Directors.

The Executive Team of the Chamber will give updates on the following:

1. Consider the 2019 Annual Report;

2. Consider and approve the Balance Sheet and Statement of Revenues and Expenses;

3. Consider the presentation of membership certificates;

4. Consider the announcement of Honorary Members;

5. Consider and elect the Board of Directors for the 2020 year; and

6. Consider other business (if any).

Board Member nominations for 2020

Representing AustCham Mongolia and its members as a Director on the Board can be a rewarding experience.

To express your interest in becoming a Board of Director, please submit a Nomination form (attached here) and short biography to info@austchammongolia.com before 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 23 July 2020.

Your biography (up to 100 words) should include the following:

• Your current position of employment and company name;

• An overview of your personal work history;

• A summary of your qualifications;

• A profile picture;

• A summary of your qualifications;

• A brief description of your association with the Chamber; and

• A statement of interest in becoming an AustCham Mongolia Board Member including an outline of how your contribution will strengthen the Chamber.

An independent balloting committee will screen nominations, confirm their validity, oversee the election process, scrutinise votes and notify members of the results at the upcoming AGM.
